  • SHIPPING INFO

    Already made items ship within 48 hours of ordering.
    For International customers outside the US, local Customs, Duties, Taxes or the like are the responsibility of the customer. 

    Pre order decor ships within 3 to 4 weeks of purchase date. Each purchase is provided with a tracking number for the convenience of the buyer to watch as their item travels. Each item is packaged securely and ships via USPS or UPS. 

    Any express orders must notify so that items can be received as expected.

  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. 

    Any items purchased have a 2 day grace period to notify us by email upon delivery date for any damages caused by mishandling during shipping. Any broken pieces will not be refunded but we will repair (if possible). Chips, blemishes are natural in natural stones and should not be mistaken for ‘damaged’. Any broken in half or damaged pieces due to poor handling from the post must be reported immediately upon arrival (within 2 days of delivery) ALONG WITH PHOTOS of the damages. Although uncommon and mostly due to weather, damages can occur.
